This Initiative has been launched to improve the quality of personnel record keeping in small and medium sized businesses in the UK. Employment law requires employers to keep records to prove they have acted correctly at all times, a requirement often not appreciated until the employer is at Employment Tribunal.
InitialFirst Learning & Development, a member of the Rentokil / Initial Group of Companies, have launched a Certificate in Human Resources Administration written to meet a level 2 qualification in this important area of business studies.
HR4UK.com Ltd has joined them in sponsoring this initiative to give people access to this qualification, and to improve understanding of this important facet of management. In the near future a forum for holders of the certificate will be launched so they may exchange ideas and further their HR knowledge.
Through this initiative HR services and training courses will be made available at discounted prices.

NCFE Approval Received
The HR Administration Certificate is now a fully recognized VRQ qualification providing proof to employers of the knowledge of the certificate holder.
