Using the experience of InitialFirst this course and the examination has been designed to provide the student with a certificate in Human Resources Administration to the Level 2 standard of an VRQ course under the auspices of the NCFE.
On enrolling for the course the student will be allocated a tutor. InitialFirst endeavour to maintain the same tutor for a student throughout the course. This is designed to build a beneficial relationship between student and tutor leading to a fast, successful outcome.
The student is provided with a means of contacting their tutor via e-mail for the interchange of information and the provision of support.
Being written on the distance learning principles the course is broken into manageable units each covering a specific part of the overall subject. This method of learning provides an assessment of the student’s comprehension of the subject, stage by stage. It is recommended that after one unit the questionnaire is completed and the tutor’s comments received, prior to commencing the following unit. The feedback from the tutor gives the student a valuable insight into their level of comprehension of the subject and ensures a successful outcome.
The student usually receives a response from their tutor within 5 working days.
